I don’t think its global killer, more selective than we might pretend to think, personally I believe its continental, Africa suffering the brunt, as usual.

But who knows, its not a bullet, its not a ‘quarter results’ event therefore its just another aspect incorporated and not high priority at all in a west looking way.

Part of the global killer I believe has to be trust, between relationship, work and countries.

I think these past five years have shown us that there is a hell of a lot less of trust, individually and as usual, country to country.

They make good questions; (And I can only answer by understanding and experience)

1. Is there a future?
2. Hope?
3. Or will it keep on spreading, until every other person is infected and dying?
4. What is the future of this disease and the people of the world trying to live with it around them?

a. In context my answer is yes, out of context, my answer is, always. Not because of blind optimism but because the human race is more durable than one or many incurable diseases and this has been proven many time during the past 200 years alone. For one, imagine the malaria and the building of the Panama Canal, its well documented, not necessarily a massive victory but nonetheless a success of mind and matter.

b. hope.

Yes, always, never fear.

c. This question can be approached from numerous aspects.

1. Mathematically, yes its possible everyone could be infected. The likely hood of that happening, well given its current state, is zero. But change the attributes, change the delivery mechanisms and yes its possible.

Its more worrying that the mechanisms are being actively sought, and known. Because we dont trust each other.... etc...

d. The future is.
